OpenSer Mobile is a simple but powerful tool that will allow you to increment the efficiency in which the service and support requests are registered by the Service Desk.


OpenSer Mobile 1.1 features:


• Incident Management Dashboard. It displays and executive summary of the open incidents, including escalations and critical issues by different time periods: day, month, year and date range.

• Show incident details.
• Call the Service Desk Manager directly from within the app.
• Call the Service Desk directly from within the app.
• Simple incident registration with your OpenSer user.
• Locate users on a map directly from within the app.
• Call the client directly from within the app.
• Call the incident owner from within the app.
• Send an e-mail to the client directly from within the app.
• Send an e-mail directly to the incident owner from within the app.
• Check the incident log directly from within the app.
• Receive user suggestions directly from within the app.

IMPORTANT: To use this application is necessary to have a working installation of OpenSer Service Desk. It also requires a working connection to web services that will be provided when purchasing OpenSer.


Requirements:
• Iphone, Ipod and Ipad iOS 3.2 and up
• OpenSer Service Desk previous installation.
• OpenSer Webservices for iPhone.
